The first Enterprise. Captained over the years by Captain Robert April, Captain Christopher Pike, Captain James T. Kirk, Captain Will Decker, Captain Spock and it's final commander was Admiral James T. Kirk. The Enterprise self-destructed over the Genesis planet in 2285.

The Enterprise's replacement. It is the only known ship to have breached the Great Barrier. In 2293, the Enterprise was decommissioned.

Captained by Captain John Harriman. Kirk, Scotty and Chekov joined them for her maiden voyage, in which they we forced to respond to a distress call. During the rescue mission the ship was caught in the Nexus, a temporal disturbance, which ended up ripping out a chunk of the hull and killing Captain Kirk.

Captained by Captain Rachel Garrett. She was lost with all hands in 2344 after she answered a distres call from the Klingon outpost Narendra III and engaged three Romulan warbirds.

First Appearance: "Encounter at Farpoint"
Captained by Captain Jean-Luc Picard and for a short period, Captain Will Riker. She was the flagship of the fleet. Also the first ship to encounter the Borg and travel to a different galaxy. She was destroyed in 2371.

Captained by Captain Jean-Luc Picard. After the Borg's attack on Earth in 2373, the Enterprise followed the Borg back in time to prevent them from tampering with first contact with the Vulcans.

Captained by Captain Benjamin Sisko or Lieutenant Commander Worf (when Sisko was on the station). The Definat was originally designed to fight the Borg, but became a weapon to use against the Dominion. She has a Romulan cloaking device installed. She was destroyed in an attack by the Breen in 2375.

First Appearance: "The Caretaker"
Captained by Captain Kathryn Janeway. Voyager was lost in the Delta Quadrant in 2371 after being taken there by an alien called "the Caretaker". She did not have a full crew aboard when she set out and several of the crew were killed when they were transported to the Delta Quadrant. As a result, they had to combine crews with the Maquis vessel they were persuing after it was destroyed.

The starship that formed the backbone of the Klingon Defense Force for decades. The D7-type vessel was in service in the 2260s, a design shared with the Romulan Star Empire during the brief alliance between the two powers.

Romulan warship of the 23rd century used to test Federation fighting tactics and technology during the 2266 Romulan incursion. It could not use shields or weapons whenever cloaked.

The largest and most powerful of Romulan spacecraft, first detected in late 2364 by the Federation in the first Romulan meeting in 53 years. Even through a cloak, warp signature may be detected at speeds above warp 6.
